What IS this site all about??
CyberSpeck.com is a fun, easy way for people to give a web presence to
pretty much whatever they want.
Each item on CyberSpeck has it's own webpage (i.e. a "Speck" of Cyberspace)
with a description and (optionally)
a few pictures.
Each item on CyberSpeck is also searchable via out green
item finder box
that you will see on most of our pages.
What items am I allowed to post on this site?
Pretty much anything you want that you would consider family-friendly.
We will remove anything that we deem to be
offensive or objectionable to a substantial fraction of our viewers
(e.g., nudity, profanity, hate speech, etc.). Also, we cannot allow
anything that violates copyright laws, etc. But otherwise we have
few restrictions.
If you find a page on our site that you consider offensive or objectionable,
please
contact us.
Please also note that our policies on what we allow on our site are subject
to change at any time, and that we reserve the right to remove any item
on our site without warning (as already stated in our
Terms and Conditions for use of this site).
May I include hyperlinks on an item web page?
Yes. In fact,
we more generally allow you to include your own
HTML or JavaScript code on our item pages.
We want to embrace creativity on our sites.
Our policy of exactly what code we will allow is still
under consideration at this time, but please do NOT
insert pop-up windows or page redirection onto your item pages.
If you want to put a
simple hyperlink on an item page and don't know how, here is an
example: <a href="http://www.cyberspeck.com">home page link</a>
will produce: home page link
