By completing the registration process on CyberSpeck, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement. USER CONTENT: Registered users of CyberSpeck are invited to include their own content on the "Item" pages of our website, subject to the following conditions: 1. Item pages should contain no offensive material. The CyberSpeck site operators reserve the exclusive right to determine what constitutes "offensive."
